What types of assets do you buy?↓
We buy student move-out furniture, farm equipment, restaurant kitchens, business contents, estate lots, medical/clinic equipment, and commercial surplus. We do not handle university-owned Penn State surplus — that goes through Lion Surplus.

We respond to all submissions within one business day, often sooner. For large or complex portfolios, we may schedule a brief call or onsite visit to finalize our assessment.
Is there any cost to get an offer?↓
No. Our assessments and offers are always free, with no obligation to accept.
Do I need to transport the assets to you?↓
In most cases, no. For standard equipment and inventory pickups we coordinate logistics on our end. That said, every situation is different — asset type, volume, location, and accessibility all factor in. We work through the specifics with you after the initial assessment.
How quickly can a transaction be completed?↓
It depends on what you have. Straightforward lots with clear ownership and easy access can move quickly. Larger portfolios, mixed-category assets, or situations involving facilities, third parties, or legal considerations take longer to work through properly. We give you a realistic timeline after we understand the full picture — not a generic promise.
Can you handle an entire facility?↓
